Honeypot Cottage offers self catering accommodation in a 17th Century Grade II listed farmhouse located in the village of Falkenham, near Felixstowe in Suffolk. The holiday cottage is situated on a 1200 acre farm in the tranquil countryside overlooking the River Deben.

Accommodation

Honeypot Cottage sleeps a total of four people in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All linen, towel and tea towels are provided. The bathroom has a WC, basin, bath and an electric shower.

The lounge/dining room offers comfortable seating, a TV, a DVD player and a radio. There are French doors that lead out into the garden from the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the following:

Washing machine.
Oven.
Microwave.
Fridge with a freezer compartment.

The enclosed garden has a lawn and patio area where you will find garden furniture and a barbeque that guests are welcome to use.

Visiting Falkenham & Exploring Suffolk

The self catering accommodation is an ideal base for walking, bird watching and cycling. There are also opportunities for guests to go sea and coarse fishing, play golf and go sailing in the area.
