The lounge is equipped with modern, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, DVD player, Echo, Wii and a collection of books, games and DVDs to keep you entertained. The dining area, with a table and four chairs, offers a charming space to enjoy meals while soaking in the open-plan ambiance and picturesque surroundings.

The balcony itself is a true highlight, perfect for an al fresco breakfast, a relaxing afternoon in the sun, or a chilled glass of wine as you watch one of Cornwall’s spectacular sunsets over the bay.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher, washing machine, full-sized fridge freezer and all the tools you’ll need to prepare anything from a romantic dinner to a hearty roast. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome tray to make you feel right at home.

The apartment features two elegantly appointed bedrooms with quality mattresses and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom is a romantic haven with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and thoughtful touches for added charm. The flexible second bedroom offers a zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as a super king or two singles to suit your needs. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, hairdryers and wardrobes for convenience.

The main bathroom includes a bath with a shower, toilet and sink, with soaps and towels provided (guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels). The master bedroom also features a private en-suite for added privacy and comfort.

Additional amenities include underfloor heating throughout, a lift, a designated parking space, a surf store and an outdoor shower for sandy beach days. From April 1st to October 31st, guests enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool facilities at the nearby Porth Veor Manor, adding another layer of indulgence to your stay.
