The Cow Shed offers outstanding self catering accommodation just 10 minutes from Harrogate town centre. We are nestled in beautiful countryside and the perfect base for exploring North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales.

Accommodation

Our stunning barn can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for an unforgettable countryside retreat. The barn is great for short- or long-term rentals.

This stylish barn is our original cottage and the biggest, offering 1300 square space to enjoy. Inside the barn, there is a wonderful open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, complete with a pool table. Superb features include oak flooring, a Sonos Sound system, smart TV with Sky, a fine oak kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and underfloor heating for the winter months.

Two beautiful king bedrooms are available, including one lavish four-poster suite which boasts amazing countryside views. The bedrooms include pure cotton sheets and dressing gowns. In total, there are two bathrooms, including a luxurious walk-in shower and a sumptuous black marble bathroom with a free-standing cast-iron tub.

Outside there is a private sunken terrace with outside dining furniture, a lovely spot for a tipple whilst savouring the views. You also have access to the main garden and 10 acres of grounds.

Visiting Harrogate & Exploring North Yorkshire

Just 10 minutes away is Harrogate town centre, home to interesting shops, fantastic restaurants, charming bars and fabulous art galleries. Only 2 miles are 4 excellent pubs, all of which serve fresh local food and real ales. The local roads are a haven for cyclists, featuring on the Tour de Yorkshire route. North Yorkshire also has some of the most scenic places to visit, including Fountains Abbey, Brimham Rocks, Harlow Carr gardens and Scarborough Beach. Further attractions to visit include:
