Ayr Farmhouse

Ayr Farmhouse is a charming, dog-friendly holiday home on Cornwall's north coast, perfect for families or groups of up to seven. Located just 150 metres from Porthmeor Beach, this granite farmhouse has been in the same family for over 150 years. The ground floor features a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker and American fridge freezer, and a courtyard with a shower room—ideal for rinsing off after the beach. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a master with sea views, a flexible twin/super king room, a king-size room and a single. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Outside, enjoy a large secluded garden with tropical plants, seating areas, a BBQ and a deck for evening drinks. With superfast broadband, Netflix, parking and a two-minute walk to the beach and Tate St Ives, this farmhouse offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a beautifully renovated, dog-friendly holiday home just steps from Porthmeor Beach, ideal for families or groups of up to six. The ground floor features a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove and Netflix, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area with a range cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and seating for everyone. Upstairs, the three bedrooms include a king-size master with an ensuite, a flexible super king/twin room and a twin bedroom, all with smart TVs. A second bathroom with a shower is also on this floor. Outside, the gated decked area is a private suntrap, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing while kids and dogs play.
