Greenwood Grange offers sixteen superb holiday cottages situated at Higher Bockhampton and close to the lovely market town of Dorchester. Our cottages are the perfect base for those wishing to explore Dorset's many attractions including its spectacular Jurassic Coast.

About The Cottages

We have 16 tastefully decorated and furnished holiday cottages on offer. They have been superbly equipped with all the modern conveniences you could possibly need. Each cottage comes with a relaxing lounge with Freeview TV and comfy seating. The kitchens are well equipped with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished and all the bathrooms come with contemporary fittings. We have the following cottages available:

Bredy - Sleeps 2 + cot.
Budmouth - Sleeps 2 + cot.
Casterbridge - Sleeps 6 + cot.
Coomb Barton - Sleeps 8 + cot.
D'Urberville - Sleeps 8 + cot.
Henchard - Sleeps 12 + cots.
Kingsbere - Sleeps 3 + cot.
Marlott - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Melchester - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Melstock - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Sandbourne - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Stourcastle - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Weatherbury - Sleeps 4 + cot.
Wellbridge - Sleeps 2 + cot.
Yalbury - Sleeps 4 + cot.

Some of the cottages have their own hot tubs, some have shared access to hot tubs and onsite we also have two tennis courts, play areas and a games room.

Visiting Higher Bockhampton & Exploring

There are many walks in the area, including the 66 acres of mixed woodland and heath in Thorncombe Wood. The Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage site, is only a few miles away and there are gardens, houses, castles, beautiful villages and so much more to explore. Dogs are allowed in certain properties and we have animals of our own – hedgehogs, Tess the cat who keeps the mice away, deer, badgers and masses of birdlife.

Rates: From £375 - £4350 per week depending on season and unit.
Maximum of 12 people in one cottage.
Children welcome.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
