The cottages feature two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin or bunk beds, along with a comfortable lounge equipped with a bed-settee and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size cooker, fridge, microwave, vacuum cleaner and ironing board. Each cottage is powered by electricity and has coin operated meters and a modern shower and WC.

Additional amenities include a parking space, a communal outdoor barbecue and the option for wheelchair hire.

Nearby facilities include a fish shop offering both wet and fried fish daily just 50 yards away, along with a general store, butcher and post office all conveniently located 150 yards from the cottages. For dining and drinks, The Ship Inn is also just 150 yards away. Yarmouth Stadium, located 1 mile from the cottages, features a busy schedule of greyhound and stock car racing throughout the summer season.
