Go Self Catered provides superb self catering accommodation only a 5-minute stroll from the centre of Aviemore village. Our holiday homes are nestled in a tranquil setting near Inverness-shire and boast amazing views, perfect for a magical getaway. We are in the ideal position for exploring the amazing natural landscape in Cairngorms National Park and offer an excellent base for visiting a range of attractions.

Accommodation

We have 4 beautiful ground-level cottages to choose from, all perfect for a magical holiday in a great location. Two of the cottages are dog friendly and Calluna cottage is suitable for people with limited mobility. On arrival, we offer a few basics to get you started, including tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, shortbread, salt & pepper and olive oil.

Blaeberry Cottage - Sleeps 5:

This wonderful cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the country. Our bright, modern cottage has a spacious living/dining area to unwind in and a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for home-cooking. Two attractive bedrooms are available: 1 double en suite and 1 triple room with a bunk and single bed. A family bathroom with a shower over bath is also available. Outside there is a rear garden with a picnic bench for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Manuka Cottage - Sleeps 4:

Our delightful cottage is great for an unforgettable stay in the centre of Aviemore. The tastefully furnished cottage has a spacious living/dining area with seating for six. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped which has a range of appliances. Bedrooms consist of a double en suite and a twin room. A family bathroom has a shower over bath. Outside there is a rear garden with a picnic bench, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

Calluna Cottage – Sleeps 4:

This wonderful cottage is ideal for a family getaway in a scenic location. Relax in the living/dining area which seats 4. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms consist of a king-size double room and a king-size sofa bed in the lounge. A bathroom has a shower over bath. Outside there is a rear garden which enjoys glorious views over the Cairngorms Mountain Range beyond.

Silver Birch Cottage – Sleeps 4:

Our modern cottage backs onto the wood, offering a cosy holiday home in a brilliant setting. This spacious large/dining room seats 6 and has a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances for home cooking. Bedrooms consist of a king-size double room and a twin room. Both rooms share a TV/DVD player. A family bathroom has a shower over bath. A fabulous rear garden offers lovely views of the woodland and the Steam Railway.

Visiting Aviemore & Exploring Inverness-shire

Right on our doorstep there are picturesque walking and cycling routes, offering the perfect way to take in the amazing natural landscape. The stunning Cairngorms National Park offers a range of brilliant attractions, including The Cairngorm Story, Cairngorm Cafe and Cas Bar, events and snowsports. Landmark Forest Adventure Park has great attractions for the whole family, whilst The Whisky Trail is perfect for enjoying world-famous malts in fantastic distilleries. Excellent attractions to visit include:
