Accommodation
Our charming property is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, great for a memorable group getaway. Underfloor heating throughout.Inside this spacious property is a cosy lounge and dining area which offers lots of period features, plus a toasty wood burner in the original ticket office fireplace. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances, including a freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.
Two bedrooms are available. Both can be set up as a super king or two twins. Each bedroom has a large walk-in shower and WC.
Outside there is a garden area, offering a great spot to unwind with a morning coffee.
Visiting Allerston & Exploring North Yorkshire
There are many things to do in the local area. Ryedale provides excellent cycling country for all ages and abilities. From ''on the flat'' in the Vale of Pickering to mountain biking in Dalby Forest, which has some of the best mountain biking trails in the country. In the local area guests can also enjoy fishing, walking and golf.The attractive market town of Pickering, home of the North York Moors Railway, is located close by offering a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
The North York Moors can be easily reached and offer numerous things to do including forest and woodland walks as well as breathtaking views. There are many towns, villages and stately homes located close by that guests can explore.
