Archers Retreat - Sleeps 4

A newly converted historic listed barn exuding character, Archers Retreat features an open-plan living area downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen, including a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The ground floor also houses a wet room with toilet and shower and there is also a ground floor king-sized bedroom. Ascend the stairs to find an additional double bed, with outside seating available for four.

Bluebells - Sleeps 6

This charming property boasts a kitchen/dining area downstairs with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a super king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed and the third bedroom includes two single beds. A separate living room provides entertainment options including TV, DVDs, games, and puzzles.

Foxglove - Sleeps 4

An annex to Bluebells, Foxglove offers two double bedrooms upstairs, along with a downstairs toilet, bath, kitchen, and living room with TV. This annex can be closed off from Bluebells or included to accommodate larger groups, with stair gates provided for safety.

Monarchs View - Sleeps 6

This is a historic listed barn situated in the picturesque Test Valley countryside, Monarchs View features a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, and comfortable furnishings, providing a cozy retreat for up to six guests.

The Manor - Sleeps 6

This spacious property includes a kitchen, separate dining area and a large reception room with a wood-burning stove downstairs. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer various sleeping arrangements, with luxurious linens ensuring a comfortable stay. An enclosed garden with BBQ and seating completes the package.

Shepherd's Hut - Sleeps 4

Offering accommodation for up to four guests, the Shepherd's Hut comprises two huts, one featuring a kitchen, toilet, shower and double bed, while the second hut offers a king-sized bed and dressing table. Outside seating and a fire pit/BBQ provide opportunities for al fresco relaxation.

There is a games room outside with snooker, table tennis, darts and table football for all guests to use.
