Courtbrook Farm Apartments offers superb self catering accommodation in the quaint village of Clyst St George. We are based in a brilliant position in Devon, just 2 miles from the M5 junction, making us a great base for exploring Exeter and Topsham.

Accommodation

We have two wonderful apartments available, perfect for a tranquil holiday in Devon. The apartments have been newly converted and come with everything you need for a comfortable holiday in a great location.

Honeypot

Our charming apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway. Inside there is a comfy king-size bed and a large shower. Rustle up some delicious food in the well-equipped kitchen/dining room which includes a range of appliances. Unwind in the cosy lounge which has a large TV and comfy seating. Outside there is a courtyard area with a picnic table for al fresco dining in the summer months.

The Roose Apartment

This fabulous apartment is perfect for a memorable holiday in a scenic location. On the ground floor there a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room. Enjoy some home-cooking in the well-equipped kitchen/dining room. A lovely living room is great for unwinding in after a day of sightseeing and includes a TV. Upstairs there is a twin room in the eves which has gorgeous sloping ceilings and a private shower room. Outside there is a picnic table, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

Visiting Clyst St George & Exploring Devon

Only 2 miles away is Topsham, home to a fantastic RSPB bird watching hide, an open-air swimming pool, excellent pubs, interesting shops and a magnificent estuary. You can cycle along the beautiful Exe Estuary cycle trail which goes all the way to Exmouth and into the Exeter Quay. The Cathedral city of Exeter has great shops, bustling restaurants and a fascinating museum to see. Discover the natural beauty of Dartmoor National Park and savour the amazing landscape.
