Shasta Annex offers lovely self catering accommodation in Mawnan Smith. Located close to the picturesque Helford River, we are perfect for a romantic getaway in Cornwall. You can explore The Lizard Peninsula and we are just a short distance from the south west coast path.

Accommodation

Our apartment sleeps up to 2 people and is based in a peaceful setting. We provide all guests with a welcome pack.

Inside there is a large lounge, diner and kitchen which leads to an outdoor table and seating, ideal for a glass of wine in the evening sun.The kitchen is has been completely renovated for 2023 and features new granite worktops and all new units. Unwind in the cosy lounge in front of the flat-screen TV.

The large bedroom comes with a 4-foot-6 double bed. A bathroom comes with a bath and shower. All towels and linen are provided.

Outside we have a beautiful garden to enjoy, including water features and a large patio.

Visiting Mawnan & Exploring Cornwall

We are in a brilliant location for exploring Mawnan Smith, home to a variety of shops, including a well-stocked local grocery store and post office, plus a Pub. On the other side of Helford River, you can explore Helford Passage and the coastal path. Enjoy a scenic trip on the foot ferry over to Helford Village. Attractions to visit include:

Trebah Gardens.
Trelissick Gardens.
Maenporth Beach.
Glendurgan Gardens.
National Trust - Lizard Point.
