Summary

Harewood Holidays offers a collection of self-catering cottages set between Harrogate and Leeds in the heart of Harewood Estate. Our cottages boast outstanding views and have beautiful landscapes designed by Lancelot “Capability” Brown. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in West Yorkshire.

Accommodation

We have an array of Grade II Listed cottages available, all enjoying a unique history, from worker cottages to ancient hunting lodges. Each cottage is brimming with character and finished to a high standard to suit all your needs.

All our cottages come with a cosy living area, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and bathroom. Each cottage has an outdoor area that offers delightful views.

Onsite we also have The Arch Barn Studio which offers yoga, Pilates, massages, facials, reflexology and reiki Treatments.

All our guests have complimentary access to Harewood House and grounds during their stay.

Apple Tree Cottage

Our cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 king rooms that can be as a twin. A sitting room comes with a smart TV and wood burner and the large kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a range of appliances. Outside there is a fenced garden for al fresco dining.

Bramble Cottage

We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in 1 small double room and 2 king rooms that can be made as twins. The two first floor bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The double height living room has a 42’’ smart tv and the kitchen is fully-equipped. Outside there is a patio area with a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and firepit.

Carr Cottage

Our cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 double rooms that share a newly refurbished house bathroom. The open plan living area comes with a smart TV and log burner and the kitchen is well-equipped. Outside there is a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and fire pit.

Carr House

We offer accommodation for up to 6 people in 1 super king, 1 double and 1 bunk room. The open plan living area has a log burner and 55’ smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and outside there is a patio area and lawned garden with a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and fire pit.

Cherry Blossom House

Our cottage sleeps 6 in 3 super-king rooms, 2 of which can be set as twins. There is a formal sitting room with a wood burner and a spacious TV room with a wood burning stove, 35’’ smart TV and seating. The kitchen is well-equipped and outside there is an enclosed front garden with flower beds, lawn, a picnic table and BBQ.

Hawks House

We offer accommodation for up to 8 people in 1 super king en suite, 1 king en suite and 2 super kings that can be made as twins. A family bathroom comes with a shower over bath. A living room comes with log burner and smart TV and you can also relax in the sun room. There’s also a study/TV snug room that has a TV and Nintendo Switch. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a dining room that seats 10. Outside there is a cottage garden with a picnic table and a large rear patio area with a table and chairs, BBQ and firepit.

Herons House

Our cottage sleeps 2 people in a king room. A bathroom comes with a bath and walk-in rain dance shower. The open plan living area comes with a smart TV and the kitchen is well-equipped. You can also unwind in the conservatory. Outside there is a private stone patio with a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and fire pit.

Lavender Cottage

We offer accommodation for up to 2 people in a super king that can be made as a double or twin. The large bathroom has a bath and rain dance shower. The open plan living area has a smart TV and an electric wood effect burner. The kitchen is well-equipped and outside there is a small sheltered private stone patio area with a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and fire pit.

Mulberry Cottage

Our cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 1 ground floor king room that can be made as a twin or double and 1 master super king room upstairs. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead rain dance shower. The living room has a smart TV and wood burner and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Oak House

We offer accommodation for up to 4 people in our showpiece holiday cottage. The master bedroom has a super king bed and a master bathroom has underfloor heating and a large double ended free standing copper bath with a hand shower. A further super-king room is also available. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances and the regal living features a working period fireplace, 55’’ modern smart TV and original Chesterfield sofas. Outside there is a south facing garden with mature flower beds, picnic table with parasol. The rear has an Indian slate patio area with BBQ, fire pit and bistro style table and chairs. We also have a 4 person wood fire hot tub to enjoy.

Thyme Cottage

Our cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 super king rooms that can be made a double or twin. The small house bathroom has a modern shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and the TV room has a smart TV. An additional living space has a wood burner and sofa. Outside there is a sheltered stone patio area with a picnic table, parasol, BBQ and firepit.

Visiting Harewood & Exploring West Yorkshire

From our cottages, guests have access to 15 miles of footpaths right from your doorstep, including the Leeds Country Way, Ebor Way and Dales Way), which criss-cross the Estate. You can also drive to Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wetherby, Otley, Ilkley, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North York Moors National Park. Great attractions to visit include:
