Hour Cottage offers superb self catering accommodation in the village of Lavenham near the small market town of Sudbury in Suffolk. The cottage is located just minutes from the high street where there are numerous shops including tea rooms and antique shops.

Accommodation

The sitting room is located at the front of the holiday cottage with a wood-burning effect stove, TV, CD player and comfortable seating. This room is decorated in warm and cosy colours making it a truly relaxing room.

The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and offers everything you will need for your self catering holiday including the following:

Built in oven & hob.
Microwave.
Fridge.
Freezer.
Washing machine.
Tumble dryer.

The main bedroom is located at the front of the holiday cottage and offers a king-size bed, a wrought iron fireplace, and soft furnishing making this room lovely and romantic. The bedroom boasts delightful views over Water Street, including De Vere House, featured in the first Harry Potter film. The second bedroom has a single bed and overlooks the rear garden. Both rooms come with quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. Travel cot available. The bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin, bath and overhead power shower.

The garden is private and enclosed offering some garden furniture and a barbeque.

Visiting Lavenham & Exploring Sudbury

Lavenham is known as one of the finest preserved medieval villages in Britain and boasts a wealth of period buildings. St Peters Lavenham's church is one of the best known churches in England and is worth visiting whilst staying at the holiday cottage.
