Both of our properties are just a short walk from the centre of Blairgowrie, a charming town located at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the scenic Snow Roads—Scotland’s highest routes, offering breathtaking views and the chance to spot incredible wildlife. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous championship golf courses nearby and outstanding salmon and trout fishing. It's also perfectly positioned for day trips, making the rest of Scotland easily accessible.

Cara's Cottage


Cara's Cottage comfortably sleeps four guests across two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double and a single bed. The cottage features a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped dining kitchen, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. The fully fitted kitchen includes a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, and fridge freezer, along with tea, coffee and some basic condiments for your convenience. Pets are welcome at no extra cost, but please let us know in advance if you're bringing a dog. Ideally located in the centre of Blairgowrie, the cottage is set back from the road and includes its own private parking space. Licence number PK13260F - EPC Rating C.

The Old Scout Hall


The Old Scout Hall sleeps four guests and features a king-size bedroom and a twin room with two single beds. The first floor also includes a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a toilet, with towels and all bed linen provided. Downstairs, there is a comfortable sitting room with a flat-screen TV and free high-speed WiFi (58 Mbps) available throughout the house. A dining table with four chairs sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, washing machine and plenty of crockery, glassware and cookware for your stay. There is also a second toilet on the ground floor and the entire house is carpeted for added comfort. Located in the centre of Blairgowrie but set back from the road, The Old Scout Hall also has its own private parking space. Pets are welcome at no extra charge and the enclosed gravelled area at the front provides a safe space for dogs, just let us know in advance if you’re bringing one along. It’s just a short walk to the centre of Blairgowrie, with a small Sainsbury’s less than five minutes away on foot and a larger Tesco supermarket only a five-minute drive from the property. The town also offers a good selection of places to eat and drink, making it convenient for dining out or picking up essentials during your stay. There are plenty of places to visit, including:
