All our flats have FREE Wi-Fi and the following facilities:
Double bed.
Electric fire.
Shower, toilet & hand wash basin.
Kitchen area with a tabletop cooker.
Ample pans, crockery & cutlery.
Iron and ironing board.
Toaster, kettle, fridge & microwave.
TV.

Flat 3 and the Luxury Flat have additional beds and extra seating.

Extra Information

All flats are metered (£1 coins).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cots (plus bedding) and extra put-up beds can also be provided by prior arrangement.
Accommodation is strictly limited to the numbers stated unless by prior arrangement.
Booking in from 11am. Please vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Dogs welcome but must not be left unattended.
The proprietors do not accept responsibility for any personal accident and/or loss or damage to visitor’s property and bookings are accepted on these conditions.

Scarborough is a popular holiday resort with clean sandy beaches, a working harbour and a lively seafront full of visitor attractions to suit all tastes. The historic Scarborough Castle overlooks the town and affords spectacular views along the coast towards Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay.
