West Leas Farm offers self catering accommodation close to the village of Galphay. The cottages are near the cathedral city of Ripon in North Yorkshire. We offer four stone barn conversions which are perfect for holidays or short stays at any time of year.
Archway Cottage - This is one of our larger cottages and sleeps up to four people. There is one double room and one twin room. This cottage has a large lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Granary Cottage - This is the most popular of all our cottages and is perfect for two guests looking for a romantic break. There is a large lounge area and a well equipped kitchen. Outside is a patio and garden. Ideal for a spot of al fresco dining.
The Byre - This cottage sleeps up to four people in one double room and one twin room. There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room.
The Old Milk House - This cottage sleeps up to two people in a twin bedded room. The downstairs is large and open plan, creating a spacious and bright room.
All of the cottages are fully equipped and offer everything you will need for a self catering break. The lounge areas have comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchens have a kettle, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, toaster, cutlery, crockery and a range of cooking utensils. Z bed and available if needed.
All of the holiday cottages share the use of the large, secure, fenced garden where there is outdoor furniture. Making it a great place to sit, relax and read a good book or for your dog to have a run around. We also have a paddock available for exercising dogs.
The village of Galphay is a beautiful village to explore. We are within rolling green fields and surrounded by pretty market towns with cobbled squares, sweeping views, waterfalls, caves and craggy hillsides. Many places to explore are nearby:
