Accommodation
The first floor features a stunning vaulted open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge includes a 40" Smart TV, Alexa, Wi-Fi and a three-sided wood burner, with views through the bi-fold doors that open to a Juliet balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining table seats six, with a high chair and booster seat available upon request. Also on the first floor is the main bathroom, which includes a large dual-ended bathtub with woodland views, a WC and a basin. Underfloor heating runs throughout the space for added comfort.On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size double bed and another that can be arranged as either two full-size singles or a super king-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, blinds and a TV. The shower room has a high-pressure walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Additionally, the understairs cupboard houses a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and booster seat.
Outside, the garden area is located at the front of the house, which sits down a quiet, private lane with serene woodland views. There is off-road parking for two cars and an EV type 2 charger. Garden furniture is provided during the warmer months.

A popular local attraction is the North Norfolk Railway, offering steam and diesel engine rides through Weybourne to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt.
