Reedsmere is a pretty, South facing three bedroomed detached cottage situated on the North East riverbank of Potter Heigham offering a tranquil setting with stunning riverside and countryside views. This property has an large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a leather corner sofa and one arm chair, TV/DVD player and fan. There is direct access via the French doors to your own private sun deck with table and chairs offering far reaching views overlooking the River Thurne and the open countryside beyond.
Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms, the master bedroom offers beautiful views and a double bed, the second bedroom is a compact space with bunk beds ideal for children, the third offers another double bed. There is also a family bathroom with shower. Please note: Bathroom towels are not provided. No freezer facility available at the property.The kitchen includes a microwave and is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay feel like home. Reedsmere also includes an iron and ironing board.
Outside the cottage, you will find mooring for one boat.
Parking for one car is available approximately 7-8 min walk from the property.
Pet Policy
For your well-behaved pet’s safety and the consideration of all guests, we do ask that dogs and their owners follow a few simple rules during their stay:• Pets must not be left unattended in the holiday property.
• Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on any furniture or soft furnishings. We would advise you to bring along a pet bed to make sure your four-legged family member is as comfy as you are while on holiday.
• Pets must be supervised at all times both inside and out of the property. Since most of our properties are close to open water frontage, and may not be fenced completely, pets should be kept on a lead outside at all times.
• Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside of the property.

The village of Potter Heigham is set on the River Thurne near Ludham in Norfolk. It is within comfortable driving distance of Norwich and an ideal base from which to explore The Broads. You will never be short of things to do during your stay.
