Farr House

At the heart of the estate, Farr House offers the perfect accommodation for larger parties or extended family gatherings. Situated within private grounds and surrounded by spectacular views, this remarkable property combines historic charm with modern luxury. Once part of a Georgian-era stately home, Farr House includes a converted chapel and tenants hall, both meticulously renovated to the highest standard.

The house features eight sumptuous bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to sixteen guests. Every room is beautifully appointed, offering ample space to relax in comfort and privacy. Guests can enjoy thoughtful touches such as heated towel rails, hairdryers, hot water bottles, dressing gowns and locally made, handmade bathroom products.

Farr House is equipped with outstanding amenities, including a large dining room, an additional breakfast room, a formal sitting room and a stunning library. The spacious kitchen is a cook’s dream, boasting an Aga, a range cooker and three dishwashers. Luxurious bathrooms, Egyptian cotton sheets and thick duvets add to the sense of indulgence. There is also a games room with table tennis, darts and a pool table.

The estate also offers a variety of activities to suit all ages and interests. From the renowned Moor Tours to a sauna by the loch, tennis, watersports, archery and even a Frisbee golf course, there is no shortage of ways to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and create unforgettable memories.
