The Forge offers an open plan kitchen/dining room which is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Tea towels are included for your use. The living room is cosy and has a TV and both video and DVD player, the addition of a modern burner effect electric fire enhances the homeliness of the property. Up the old and traditional staircase to the three bedrooms and bathroom, all of which include plenty of storage for your holiday. All bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for your convenience. The cottage also has a summer room and a downstairs toilet.The Smithy Sleeps 2
The Smithy has recently been tastefully and sensitively fully refurbished and modernised, whilst retaining all of the original character that you would expect, as the name suggests, from the Old Blacksmiths. The Smithy comprises of a kitchen/dining area (including all relevant appliances and facilities), shower/toilet room and double bedroom. All bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for your convenience. The accommodation also has a summer room, somewhere to rest, relax and unwind. Boston is a town with a twice weekly market (Wednesday/Saturdays) and the famous St. Botolph's Church (locally known as The Stump). Take a tour around the Maud Foster; a working windmill near the centre of Boston. The historic City of Lincoln offers both the chance to visit both the castle and beautiful 9th Century Norman cathedral or a day shopping in the centre or up the famous 'Steep Hill', if you have the energy.Horncastle is an old traditional market town, famous for its numerous antique shops. Woodhall Spa is a picturesque Victorian resort town with its shops, pubs and restaurants. It also boasts the famous Kinema in the woods, an original working cinema which is well worth a visit. Tattershall boasts a Medieval castle, run by the national trust the castle hosts events most of the year round. Tattershall is also the place of Tom Thumb's grave. Coningby offers the avid aviation enthusiast the ability of viewing both old and new - from WWII bombers and fighters to the newest RAF modern day jet fighters (a real contrast and experience)!
