Kents Farm Cottages offers two self-catering cottages situated in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, close to the town of Louth and just three miles from the renowned seal colony at Donna Nook on the Lincolnshire coast. Situated on a 12-acre smallholding on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the area boasts chalk-capped hills that form the highest ground between Yorkshire and Kent. This elevated landscape provides breathtaking views, stretching westward to Lincoln Cathedral, eastward to the sea, and southward across the Fens.

Both cottages are are well equipped and comfortable, with everything self catering holidaymakers will need. Each has its own courtyard and parking area with disabled access. Wolds View sleeps 6 people and Clares Cottage sleeps 4.

Each holiday cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave, washing machine, fridge and dining area. The spacious sitting room has a television, DVD player and a digital TV receiver. Both cottages have full central heating and private outdoor area with patio set and barbecue.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity is included.

We are directly adjacent to the Louth Canal, where fishing is allowed, or just take a walk along the towpath to see abundant bird and wildlife. There are many fishing venues within easy reach and one within walking distance. You can store your tackle in our utility room where there is also a bait freezer.
