Railway Tavern Cottages offers charming self catering accommodation in Aby. Our two properties in Lincolnshire are great for a relaxing getaway in a lovely part of the country.
Accommodation
Both of our properties are beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Both properties sleep up to 4 people and come with a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooking and a dining area for 4 people. Facilities include a smart TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, Wi-Fi and all bedding/towels. We provide a complimentary welcome pack which includes a breakfast pack of Lincolnshire Sausages, Bacon and Eggs as well as Tea, Coffee, sugar and Milk. Extra breakfast packs can be ordered from the pub.
Westerby Lodge Bungalow
This bungalow is ideal for a peaceful break in the country. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area boasts rural views from the patio doors. Outside there is seating in the garden for al fresco dining. This disabled-friendly property has a wet room/bathroom and underfloor heating for the chillier months. Bedrooms consist of a king and twin room. A storeroom houses the washing machine.
Holly Cottage
Our cosy cottage is great for a family or group break. Downstairs there is underfloor heating and the lounge comes with comfortable seating to relax on after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a washing machine. Upstairs there are two attractive bedrooms: one king and one twin. Both rooms share a small bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside there is a seating area, great for breakfast in the morning sun whilst savouring the rural views.
Visiting Aby & Exploring LincolnshireWhile staying with us you can visit the quaint market town of Alford, famous for Alford Manor House and Alford Craft Market. Alford Manor house is home to a museum and great tea rooms, and regularly holds lots of events throughout the year. The Alford Craft Market holds regular markets, hosts a craft market shop and has a craft centre. The Lincolnshire Wolds is great for walking, horse riding and biking, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Further attractions to visit include:
