Little End is an 18th Century Cotswold stone self catering cottage which is on the edge of Amberley Village in the hamlet of St Chloe. It affords beautiful views over the hills of South Gloucestershire and its own sunken garden.
Accommodation
The cottage can sleep up to 6 people and is ideal for a family or groups looking for somewhere special to stay.The spacious lounge and dining area boasts original country features and oak beams. The dining table seats up to 6 people and the lounge area comes with comfy seating a wood burning stove. A lovely kitchen comes with a range of appliances to cook up a dish or two: range cooker, a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You can relax and unwind in the conservatory which enjoys delightful views of the garden.
A staircase leads to a landing where there is access to a double bedded room and en suite shower room. Two further twin bedrooms are available, one of which enjoys stunning views over the Five Valleys. On the first floor, you can also unwind in the main lounge which has a superb view over the rolling hills.
Visiting St Chloe & Exploring Gloucestershire
The cottage is within walking distance of Rodborough and Minchinhampton Commons with its two splendid golf courses. There are also 2 local pubs serving food. Close by are the villages of Woodchester, Nailsworth and Minchinhampton, which offer a wide variety of quality specialist shops.Nearby Stroud affords the facilities of a larger town, with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Aldi and Morrisons competing for your business as well as a large leisure centre; with a swimming pool and many other sporting facilities.
