Kents Farm Cottages have been converted from a Nineteenth Century Lincolnshire red brick and pantiled Barn.

Accommodation

They are well equipped and comfortable, with everything self catering holidaymakers will need. Each has its own courtyard and parking area with disabled access.

Each holiday cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave, washing machine, fridge and dining area. The spacious sitting room has a television, DVD player and a digital TV receiver. Both cottages have full central heating and private outdoor area with patio set and barbecue.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and Electricity is included.

Visiting Austen Fen & Exploring Lincolnshire

We are directly adjacent to the Louth Canal, where fishing is allowed, or just take a walk along the towpath to see abundant bird and wildlife.

There are many fishing venues within easy reach and one within walking distance. You can store your tackle in our utility room where there is also a bait freezer.

The chalk-capped Lincolnshire Wolds contain the highest ground between Yorkshire and Kent, affording extensive views to Lincoln Cathedral in the West, the sea to the East and the Fens to the South. Most of the Wolds was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in 1973.
