Our two apartments are beautifully furnished and offer something for everyone, whether it’s a peaceful family break or spontaneous romantic retreat in the country. Each apartment enjoys a modern style and comes equipped to a high standard to suit all your needs.

The Shippon – Sleeps 2 - 4

Our fabulous apartment is a haven for nature lovers, boasting spectacular views of the Bowland Hills. The larger apartment offers a calm atmosphere and is brimming with lots of natural light.

We provide essentials such as tea, coffee and sugar etc, offering a lovely start upon arrival. Fantastic free-range eggs from the girls are also provided daily if you fancy a tasty treat for breakfast.

Inside this apartment there is a cosy lounge area with a TV, ideal for unwinding in after a day roaming the countryside. Cook-up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which includes a combination oven/microwave, fridge, sink and two-ring hob, kettle and toaster.

The mezzanine loft is open to the main living area and includes a lovely double mattress, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. It also has a retractable privacy screen to the staircase. There is also a double sofa bed for an additional two people and a luxurious shower room.

The Dairy – Sleeps 2

Our wonderful apartment is great for the ultimate romantic holiday for two, set behind Lower Barn and offering delightful views onto the old farmyard. Inside the apartment, there is a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooking which includes a combination microwave, fridge, sink and two-ring hob, plus kettle and toaster. Savour some delicious home-cooked delights around the dining table. After a busy day sightseeing, catch your favourite show on the TV. A clever double wall bed that forms a sofa offers a sleeping/living space depending on the time of day. The stylish shower room comes with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Visiting Clapham & Exploring North Yorkshire

We are in a brilliant location for exploring the area. We are within walking distance of the caves, climbing and Ingleborough, plus ideal for climbing the 3 peaks. You can visit Settle Crag, Bowland forest and Devil's Bridge, whilst the lakes and Kendle are nearby too. North Yorkshire and its Lakes are right on our doorstep as well.

The quaint towns/villages of Ingleton, Bentham, Settle and Kirkby Lonsdale are nearby and are perfect for browsing the interesting independent shops or enjoying a coffee and cake at one of the delightful cafes. The town/villages also have a range of great restaurants which serves excellent food. Stroll around the amazing landscape at Waterfalls Walk and take in the natural beauty or visit Ribblehead Viaduct on the Settle-Carlisle Railway which offers more stunning scenery to savour. Excellent attractions to visit include:
