Our cottages in North Yorkshire are based on our 170 acres of arable farmland and boast stunning views towards the Cleveland Hills, Roseberry Topping and the market town of Stokesley.

Accommodation

We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, offering an authentic rural getaway. Each property features its own private garden and patio area, complete with a hot tub ready for your enjoyment from the moment you arrive. Finished to a high standard in a contemporary style, the cottages include a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary WiFi, ensuring both comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The Granary

This is our largest property and sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The cottage is ideal for a memorable family or group getaway. The well-equipped kitchen has a Range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler and microwave, with a large kitchen table seating 10. Unwind in the spacious living room which has a flat-screen smart TV and DVD player, with French doors opening onto a delightful garden. Three attractive bedrooms are upstairs: a super king with an en suite family-sized bathroom, a double en suite and a twin en suite. Downstairs there is a double en suite and twin en suite room.

Damson Cottage

Our ground-level cottage is great for country lovers looking from somewhere special to stay. There is an open plan kitchen and living room with a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player, with French doors opening onto the patio and garden. Cook up a storm in the kitchen which has a Range cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms are available: a king en suite which French doors to the garden and a twin room. A family bathroom comes with a shower over the bath.

Maple Cottage

This cottage is all on one level. An open plan kitchen and living room include a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy some home-cooking in the kitchen which has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Enjoy some delicious meals around the oak dining table. Three beautiful bedrooms are available: two king en suite rooms and a twin/king room. A house bathroom has a shower over the bath. One of the king en suite rooms has French doors which open onto the garden.

Pear Tree Cottage

This cottage has an open plan lounge and kitchen, a private garden and a hot tub to savour the views from. The living area has a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player, with French doors open onto the patio and private garden. A well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms are available: a king en suite with French doors which open onto the garden with a twin/king room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Bramble Cottage

The cottage enjoys glorious countryside views and a large private garden with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. The open plan lounge area has a toasty wood burner, leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player. A fully-equipped kitchen has a Range oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors open onto the private garden and patio. Three bedrooms are available: a king en suite with French doors which open onto the garden, a king en suite and a twin/king room. A bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Harvest Cottage

Harvest Cottage comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms and offers spacious, single-level accommodation. The large farmhouse-style kitchen features a central table with chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washer. The living room, furnished with a leather suite and flat-screen smart TV, opens onto the garden, patio and hot tub through French doors, creating the perfect space to relax. The cottage is centrally heated, has free WiFi and provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere for a comfortable stay.

Holly Barn

Holly Barn accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms, offering cosy, single-level living with a farmhouse-style kitchen featuring a central table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washer/dryer. The living room boasts a leather suite, a flat-screen smart TV and French doors that open onto the garden and hot tub, providing a perfect space to relax. With central heating and free WiFi, Holly Barn combines comfort and convenience for a delightful stay.

We are the perfect place to stay for a memorable horse-riding holiday. On-site we have five fantastic, recently built wooden stables for horses. Haylage, straw, a secure tackroom and trailer parking area also available. In the area, there are a variety of scenic bridleways to enjoy.

We are ideally located for exploring the natural beauty of the area. Explore the North Yorkshire Moors, The Yorkshire Dales and other areas of Yorkshire, great for walkers and cyclists.
