It is an ideal holiday home for couples or a small family with 1 or 2 children. The downstairs of the holiday home is open plan and has a feature gritstone open fire, perfect for those cosy nights in. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. Other facilities include TV/DVD player, Sky TV and a CD player plus internet access. There are stunning views in both directions and the door of the cottage opens straight out into the garden.

Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering unrivalled views of Mam Tor right from the comfort of your bed. There’s also a cosy second bedroom featuring a 4-foot-wide double bed. The family bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower for your convenience.

Visiting Edale & Exploring Derbyshire

The Vale of Edale is separated from Castleton and the Hope Valley by the ridge connecting Mam Tor and Lose Hill. This sheltered valley offers a stunning setting for Ollerbrook Cottages, boasting breathtaking views of local peaks, including Kinder Scout, Mam Tor, Back Tor, and Lose Hill. The area is serene and tranquil, with walking trails starting right from your doorstep. In the nearby village of Edale, just a short stroll across the fields, you’ll find two welcoming pubs serving food, a small village shop and a café. Additionally, a historic coaching inn offering meals is just a five-minute drive away towards Hope.
