The house features a bathroom with both a shower and bath, alongside a ground floor comprising a dining kitchen, sitting room, and WC. It benefits from modern amenities such as full oil central heating, double glazing, a dishwasher, superfast WiFi and a DVD player. The rear of the property boasts a spacious landscaped garden with an elevated decking area offering stunning views over the village towards Ireland, complemented by grassed areas and a year-round accessible summerhouse.
