When looking for your next holiday away, look no further than The Studio. Our 4-star holiday home can sleep up to 4 people in 2 en suite bedrooms, making us ideal for a family, friends or a couple. The holiday cottage has a fresh, open plan layout and is located within the heart of the Kinblethmont Estate.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with bath. The beds can be made us as a double if required.

The holiday home has a large open plan living area, providing guests with plenty of place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, a digital TV/DVD player and an electric fire stove.

Outside there is parking for two cars, a terrace with seating and BBQ and a grassed area. There are lots of paths on Kinblethmont estate including one that takes you to the sheltered walled garden - a huge area for use by holiday cottage guests with a children's play area, picnic areas table tennis, outdoor games and ball play area.

Kinblethmont is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday at any time of year. There are golf courses, castles, beaches, outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions close by while the woodland walks and tranquillity of Kinblethmont estate are just on your doorstep. Excellent attractions to visit include:

Arbroath Abbey.
Colliston Castle.
East Haven Beach.
Seaton Cliffs Nature Reserve
