About Lavender Cottage

The cottage is a very versatile property and provides enjoyable and spacious accommodation for up to four people making it ideal for one or two couples to holiday together or a family with children to enjoy a traditional family holiday. It is also perfect for one couple to enjoy a relaxing break in a pleasant space whatever the season.

The self catering cottage has a triple aspect attractive beamed living room with open fire. The fully equipped pine kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer and all mod cons! A useful downstairs cloakroom is off the hallway and a straight flight of undemanding stairs leads up to the landing. At the far end of the hallway the part glazed door opens onto the private, enclosed "sunny cottage style" garden equipped with Nova patio table and chairs.

Visiting Binham & Exploring Norfolk

Ideally located in the heart of the quiet, unspoilt village of Binham with its famous 12th Century Priory and ruins. Also within easy reach by car are Holt, Burnham Market, Blakney and Walsingham. Ideally located as just 3 miles from the coast. The holiday homes are in an ideal location for visiting National Trust properties, RSPB reserves, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, Thursford Organ Museum (with popular Christmas Spectacular) and Holkham Hall.
