Summary

Newhill Farm Cottages are three luxury self catering cottages in a scenic and peaceful area, with lovely views to the adjacent farmland and Pitmedden Forest. The cottages share leisure facilities (indoor heated pool, games room/gym and outdoor children's play area). All the cottages have a private hot tub. They offer an excellent location for accessing tourist attractions in Fife and Perthshire, as well as travelling to visit Edinburgh and the Southern Highlands.

Horse Mill Cottage (sleeps 6)

Ground Floor: Spacious sitting room with open fire. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Cloakroom/WC.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with 5ft king sized bed and en suite bathroom. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Bathroom with WC.

Outside: Private parking for two cars. Shared heated indoor swimming pool (open 9am - 9pm). Private hot tub. Fenced garden with patio and furniture. BBQ. Shared games room with table tennis and table football. Shared gym.

The Old Cart House (sleeps 4)

The Old Stables (sleeps 4)

All Ground Floor: Spacious open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with log burning stove. Well equipped kitchen. Master double bedroom with 5ft king sized four-poster bed and en suite shower room. Twin bedded room with en suite bathroom.

Outside: Private parking for two cars. Shared heated indoor swimming pool (open 9am - 9pm). Private hot tub. Fenced garden with patio and furniture. BBQ. Shared games room with table tennis, snooker table and table football. Shared gym.

New leisure facilities of private outdoor hot tubs and outdoor play area.

Visiting Auchtermuchty & Exploring Fife

The cottages are located 2 miles outside Auchtermuchty village which offers a local pub, shops, a chemist, a Post Office and 2 take away food This convenient location allows access to all the tourist attractions of which some of the highlights are:

Fife: St Andrews (home of golf), St Andrews Aquarium, East Neuk fishing villages, Falkland Palace, Deep Sea World, RSPB Vane Farm, Deer Centre and Loch Leven amongst many more.

Perthshire: Scone Palace, historic Perth, the famous Grouse experience, Pitlochry, Blair Castle, River Tay, Gleneagles, historic Dunkeld and Glamis Castle amongst many more.

Rates: £640 to £1195 per cottage per week depending on season.
