East Wing Lawers offers self catering accommodation in the village of Auchtertool. We are only 4 miles from Kirkcaldy and only a 40-minute drive to St Andrews, plus access to a range of fantastic golf courses in Fife.

Our self-contained wing at the end of our bungalow sleeps 2 people, perfect for a memorable getaway. The property is tastefully furnished, has a private entrance and comes with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The kitchen is great for home-cooking and comes with a range of appliances, including a freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. You can relax in the cosy living room which has comfy seating and a TV. A lovely bedroom comes with a double bed and en suite facilities. All linen and towels are included.

Outside there is a walled garden and two patio areas, including a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. Guests also have use of a garage (not space for a car in the garage). A utility area is housed in the garage and comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

We are a great base for exploring Fife, with St Andrews, Perth and Edinburgh only a 40-minute drive away. We are on the Bus route to Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath, linking to the Halbeath Park and Ride at Dunfermline. Fife has a lot to offer for visitors, with many visitors using the Park and Ride or the train into the Centre of Edinburgh to save on parking charges. Nearby Kirkcaldy is a lovely town to explore, offering lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The Kirkcaldy Galleries houses an amazing collection of artworks and artefacts.
