The Boat Hoose offers self catering accommodation in Balloch on the banks of Loch Lomond. Situated in lovely grounds and surrounded by woodlands, we are perfect for a peaceful break away. We are the ideal base for exploring a range of attractions in Dunbartonshire.

Accommodation

Our 4 star award winning property is within Lock Lomond National Park and is the ideal holiday destination for all the family.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area will suit all your needs. The lounge has two settees, comfy sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The well equipped kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and gas hob. A separate WC is also available.

Both bedrooms have walk in wardrobes and come with en suite facilities. Outside there is a patio area with seating and a gas BBQ. An ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining. A lovely summer house is also available.

Visiting Balloch & Exploring Dunbartonshire

We are adjacent to Cameron House Hotel which offers 5 star facilities: bars, restaurants, spa and golf course. A 10 minute walk will take to the charming village of Balloch. The village is often referred to as the gateway to the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. It has excellent road and rail links to Glasgow. Loch Lomond Shores is a wonderful place to visit, offering a wide range of indoor, outdoor and water based activities alongside fantastic shopping and dining for all the family. Lots of attractions are nearby, including:
