Studio Cottage in North Chideock offers self catering accommodation, nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Based near Bridport in the Dorset countryside, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
Proof that great things come in small packages, Studio Cottage is a single-room self-catering retreat, perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Despite its compact size, the cottage feels surprisingly spacious, with every inch utilised thoughtfully. The exposed brick wall and vaulted ceiling add a touch of history and charm, making it so inviting you may find yourself spending more time indoors than anticipated.
The living area features comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV with Freesat and a DVD player, creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a movie. The fitted kitchen offers ample space for food preparation and cooking and is equipped with a full range of appliances, utensils, crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. A convenient breakfast bar with stools provides a lovely spot for meals.
The double bed is neatly integrated into the cottage’s design, maintaining the spacious feel often lacking in similar studio accommodations. Behind the bed, you’ll find a bright and airy en-suite shower room, complete with a toilet, wash basin and shaver socket. Studio Cottage combines practicality, comfort and charm, making it an ideal base for your getaway.
You are welcome to wander around and relax in the gardens of Chideock Grange, including the small River Winniford on the edge of the estate. A recreation and information room is provided with pool, table tennis and other family table games, DVDs and books.
We also have other self catering accommodation available – please enquire for details.
