Courtmoor Farm offers charming self-catering accommodation, set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands, only 4 miles from Honiton in the Blackdown Hills. Based in an idyllic position in Devon, we boast breathtaking views of the Otter Valley.

Accommodation

Our cottage is approached via a private drive to offer tranquillity and stunning views of the Otter Valley. The cottage has been finished to a high standard from an original stone building and provides a true home-from-home experience. On arrival, we offer a lovely traditional Devon cream tea or a tasty homemade cake. You are also welcome to explore our amazing grounds and woodland, home to deer, squirrels and rabbits. Guests also have use of a gym and sauna.

Stable Cottage

Our superb two-storey cottage has a relaxing open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Two attractive bedrooms are available: a double and twin room. One of the rooms is en suite and a second shower room is also available. Outside there is a pretty cottage garden, great for al fresco dining whilst savouring the views.

Visiting Upottery & Exploring Devon

The village of Upottery has a pub and a church and is a 5-minute drive. Only a 10 minute drive away is Honiton, famous for is lace museum and antique shops, whilst the Jurassic coast beaches at Sidmouth, Exmouth, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton, Dawlish, Beer and Branscombe are within a half-hour's drive.
