Our holiday cottages and apartments are set amongst two acres of grounds yet only a two-minute stroll from the centre of Ambleside.

Comfortably appointed all properties are centrally heated. All bed linen is towels are provided.

Some of the apartments are pet friendly.

Visiting Ambleside & Exploring Cumbria

The self-catering apartments are the perfect base for those wanting to explore The Lake District. We are centrally based and have easy access to the north eastern, western eastern & southern fells.

There are numerous activities available including walking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing and much more.

Guests enjoy visiting Brockhole Visitor Centre where you can visit Treetop Trek and Treetop Nets where you can face your fear of heights and tackle the aerial obstacles and the zip wire.
