The adjoining dining room, with a farmhouse table seating 8 and a striking stone fireplace, shares a double-fronted wood-burning stove with the lounge. A large, well-equipped country kitchen ensures a seamless self-catering experience, complemented by a convenient downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs, the first floor offers a master bedroom with a super king bed and a luxurious en-suite featuring a freestanding slipper bath with countryside views and a walk-in shower. Opposite, a twin room with two single beds includes its own en-suite shower room. The second floor opens to a stunning vaulted window with countryside views and two further bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, exposed beams and an en-suite shower room; the other, a twin with Delabole slate window sills, also has an en-suite.

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a south-facing patio, sun loungers and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The gently sloping lawn overlooks open fields, making it perfect for relaxing evenings or stargazing around the firepit under a clear, star-filled sky. There’s also an outdoor tap and secure storage for wetsuits, bikes, and surfboards.
