Set in an elevated, sheltered, south-facing position, the house offers stunning views of the Camel Estuary and the rolling hills beyond. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, Tomhara is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat or an activity-filled holiday in a stylish, well-appointed setting.

The ground floor features four south-facing bedrooms, three of which open directly onto a terrace, along with three modern bathrooms, each equipped with showers and one featuring an additional bathtub. This level also includes a spacious hallway, a utility room and a wet room with a shower and WC, offering direct outdoor access for rinsing off wetsuits, wellies and more.

Upstairs, the expansive living space includes a large lounge with an open wood-burning fireplace, as well as a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass folding doors that open onto a sunny deck. This deck enjoys magnificent south-facing views of the estuary and hills. A study area, a fifth bedroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor.

In addition, there is a sixth bedroom with its own shower room and WC above the adjacent garage.

Tomhara boasts beautifully landscaped, terraced gardens in both the front and rear, offering privacy and an array of mature trees. The spacious outdoor areas are perfect for al fresco dining, with seating available on both levels, as well as a barbecue area. There is ample parking for four to five cars.
