Accommodation
The lodge offers a games room equipped with a variety of board games, a pool table, and table tennis, making it a great space for entertainment. Adjacent to the games room is a spacious yet cosy lounge, featuring a log-burning stove, oak beams and a TV, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities. The large kitchen and dining area are designed to accommodate large groups, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an electric range, microwave, dishwasher and an American-style fridge/freezer. There's also a small bar area, ideal for social gatherings. The kitchen looks out onto the terrace, gardens and a six-seater hot tub, with patio doors that open fully onto the terrace and lawns, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.For added convenience, there is a utility room that includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The ground floor also features a disabled-access toilet with a baby changing table and a utility store room that contains outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and other household items. The property is equipped with a private lift to the first floor, making it accessible for all guests. There are no stairs to navigate from the car park or on the ground floor, ensuring easy access throughout. Ample parking is available, including a designated disabled parking space. The front and side terraces lead out to beautiful gardens and lawns, offering spectacular views over the Cam Valley and Cameley Lakes.
Upstairs, on the first floor, all bedrooms are en-suite. There are two twin rooms, one with a disability-accessible bathroom, both with lovely views of the garden. Another bedroom offers a double bed with an extra double bed settee, also overlooking the garden. Two more double bedrooms each include an additional small single bed and have picturesque views of the lake. There are also two further double bedrooms with lake views. The second floor, accessible by stairs from the first floor, has two en-suite double bedrooms. One of these features an ornate king-size bed and both rooms have garden views.
All bedrooms come with their own private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The property has Wi-Fi throughout, and the hot tub, which seats six, is available daily until 11:00 PM. High chairs are available upon request for families with young children. For safety, the property is fitted with a fire alarm system and security cameras. Outdoor furniture is provided for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and central heating keeps the house cosy in all seasons. There are full recycling and waste bins on-site and the lounge is equipped with a large TV for entertainment.
