Greenlands is a charming converted granite steading, tucked away amid trees and open fields near the River Dee. Sleeping up to six guests, it offers a tranquil base for exploring Aberdeenshire and sits just off both North and South Deeside Roads, beside the Deeside Way. From the cottage it is a short cycle or a twenty-minute stroll to Potarch Bridge and the Potarch Café.

The kitchen-diner, also with double doors to a lawned side garden, is fully fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and ample cookware. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer, while a shower room with basin and WC completes the downstairs layout.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a super-king bed and sits opposite a twin room, with a family bathroom between them that includes a bath, basin and WC. Outside, guests can gather around the fire pit in the front garden; logs, kindling and natural firelighters are provided in the wood store by the door.
