The modern, bright and spacious cottage sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the large gardens surrounding the owner's house.
Accommodation comprises of hall, open plan lounge/kitchen dining area, utility room, three bedrooms, one king-size bedroom, one single and one twin or super-king.
Bedding and towels included in weekly charge. Cot (excluding cot linen), highchair and bed guard. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, and microwave. TV, DVD player, lockable cycle storage. Off-road parking is available and the cottage comes with its own driveway. Weber Gas BBQ and a ramp to the front entrance.
The cottage, 7.5 miles west of Banchory, is ideally located for exploring Royal Deeside famous for its Highland Games in the summer. There is a wide range of sporting activities available locally, including hill walking, mountain biking, skiing, horse riding, climbing, fishing, there are 9 golf courses and a driving range within 10-30 minutes drive and an outdoor activity centre within 10 miles providing activities including go-karting, quad biking and 4x4 driving.
Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater, Braemar and Aberdeen are all within easy reach by car and provide an excellent range of restaurants and shops. Days out can be planned around the variety of the many gardens and castles in the surrounding area such as Balmoral Castle, Crathes Castle, Drum Castle, Dunnottar Castle and many more.
Aberdeen, the beautiful 'Granite City', 26 miles away offers much of historical and cultural interest.
