The Beach House - Sleeps 10

This beautifully equipped family holiday home is just 50 metres from Sandgreen Beach, set in an elevated position with stunning sea views. Ideal for families, the open-plan downstairs features a spacious dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster stove and a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove. Entertainment includes a smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is a second fulled filled kitchen upstairs. Welcome basket with local produce.

The house offers four bedrooms: three downstairs, two with super king-size beds (convertible to twins) and one king-size, two with en-suites and one with access to a family bathroom. Upstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite and two lounges: one with a cathedral window showcasing bay views and the other opening onto a sunset-facing balcony. There is also a 5ft sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the upstairs lounge.

The large, child-friendly garden includes a pétanque pitch, sandpit, climbing frame, swings and plenty of lawn space. A southwest-facing patio and multiple seating areas are perfect for outdoor dining, with a Weber BBQ available. An outdoor shower room with hot and cold water is ideal after a beach day.

The Boat House - Sleeps 2

The Boat House, located in the grounds of High Point, was designed for privacy and to showcase stunning sea views. Enter through double glass doors into an open-plan living space, complete with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Neff oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine or cafetiere. There is also a welcome basket on arrival. The lounge area includes a smart TV and a Dimplex electric fire for added charm, with efficient heating throughout. A small dining table is available indoors and another outdoors.

Downstairs, there’s a cloakroom with a W.C., washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the bright bedroom boasts Velux windows for stargazing and a super king-size bed with cotton bedding, goose down duvet & dressing gowns. The en-suite features a shower-over-bath, heated towel rail and plush towels.

Outside, enjoy a dedicated deck with glass balustrades, a patio with outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ, perfect for sunny days and sunsets over the estuary. The Boat House is dog friendly.
