On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen/dining room with bi fold door which leads onto the patio. Next to the kitchen is a snug with seating and a Smart TV. The cosy living room includes a Smart TV, Sky box, DVD player and wood burner.

Outside is a large garden with seating, hot tub and sunken trampoline. This is the perfect spot for children to play and al fresco dining.

Parking is available for 3 cars.

Gretna offers places to eat and shops. This is an ideal location for walking, cycling, horse riding and golfing. There are great travel links available.
