Oxen Cottage offers outstanding self catering accommodation in a peaceful location at Upton Warren near Bromsgrove, with views of open countryside and surrounding Worcestershire farmland. We are situated 2 1/2 miles from the picturesque village of Chaddesley Corbett between the towns of Bromsgrove (4 miles) and Kidderminster (9 miles).

Our charming ground level barn conversion is ideal for an unforgettable in a great location. The cottage boasts original oak beams and offers plenty of space to relax in. You can look forward to a lovely welcome hamper of local goodies which a homemade chocolate cake on arrival.

Inside this cosy cottage is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher & fridge/freezer. You can unwind in the sitting room which has French doors which open onto the delightful patio area and garden. A gas BBQ is available on request, great for al fresco dining.

Two beautiful bedrooms are available, one super king size bed which can be split into a twin, plus a twin room which offers views over he garden. Both rooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Onsite we have a tennis court to enjoy.

Walking - Maps are available and may be borrowed. Cycling - Bicycle Hire is available locally. Golf - Bromsgrove Golf Centre, a 9 hole golf course and golf range is 5 miles away.

Sailing - The Upton Warren Sailing Centre is situated 3 miles away and offers a variety of activities to suit all ages. Bird Watching - The nearby Upton Warren Nature Reserve is renowned for its beauty and rare breeds of birds. As we are situated close to the motorway network we are ideally located for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Ragley Hall, and the NEC. Other nearby attractions include; the Avoncroft Museum of Buildings, the West Midlands Safari Park and the huge Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
