The Granary: This recent conversion of the old granary has an en suite double and en suite twin bedroom (both with TV) and an additional single bedroom. It is tastefully converted with a fully converted kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric cooker. The ground floor is open plan with tiled floor, dining area and lounge with TV. There is full Wi-Fi and telephone point.
Diamond Cottage is the latest cottage to be converted at Phepson Farm. Named after the last cart horse to work here in the thirties, the cottage is converted from part of the old cowshed and stables.
It is a ground floor conversion, with a wealth of oak beams. There is a king size double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a family shower room with toilet and a separate toilet and washbasin. The kitchen will be fully fitted with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer electric oven and hob. The dining area in the kitchen is adjacent to a south-facing French window. There is full underfloor heating with terracotta tiles throughout.
The lounge with French windows leads onto a paved seating area with garden furniture. There is a TV and DVD player.
The Cathedral City of Worcester is barely 7 miles away, and historic Droitwich Spa, with its undulating high street, is just a short 4 mile drive. Malvern, The Cotswolds, The Severn Valley Railway, and many more are within easy reach of our central location.
