The Courtyard Cottage, situated in the grounds of Pensham Hill House in the hamlet of Pensham, offers a peaceful retreat just a pleasant 1-mile walk over Pershore Bridge to town. The Cottage enjoys views of the courtyard on one side and the garden on the other, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

Inside, the Cottage features a cosy lounge overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs landing includes a bureau desk with velux windows for ample light, ideal for working. Additional amenities include a sofa bed (available upon request for an extra £20 per person per night), TV, Wi-Fi and private access. Parking is conveniently located alongside the Cottage entrance.
