Adsdean Farm holiday cottages, set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside at the foot of the South Downs National Park, offer peaceful self catering accommodation just a short distance from Chichester. Situated in the rural hamlet of Adsdean on our working farm, these former outbuildings have been beautifully converted, combining rustic charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by stunning countryside views, they provide the perfect escape to relax and unwind.

The Courtyard

This charming single-storey stable conversion is located on the scenic Adsdean Farm estate at the edge of the South Downs National Park. The spacious open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings, a cosy wood-burning stove and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms, which can be arranged as doubles or twins, lead off the central living space. The bathroom includes a power shower and outside, a private patio provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining in the summer. An adjoining boot room with a utility area is ideal for storing muddy boots after countryside walks or washing swimwear after a day at West Wittering Beach.

The Annexe

The Annexe, a charming retreat for two, is the perfect base to explore the historic cathedral city of Chichester and Goodwood. Featuring beautiful brick and flint walls, it offers spacious accommodation with a large double bedroom (convertible to a twin upon request), a modern well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an open-plan living and dining area. Stable doors lead to a private patio with stunning views over the Adsdean Farm estate and the South Downs. An adjoining boot room with a utility area is ideal for storing muddy boots after countryside walks or washing swimwear after a day at West Wittering Beach.

Visiting Funtington & Exploring West Sussex

Our accommodation is a five-minute walk to the centre of Chichester and a three-minute walk to the Festival Theatre. Goodwood is a ten-minute drive and the beautiful beaches of West Wittering are 7 miles away. We are within easy access to the beautiful and historic City of Chichester and the surrounding area and all that it has to offer. Attractions to visit include:

Chichester Festival Theatre.
RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve.
