The Courtyard & The Annexe offers fantastic self catering accommodation near Funtington. Set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside at the foot of the South Downs National Park, we are close to the cathedral city of Chichester.

The Courtyard

The delightful one-storey stable conversion is situated on a working farm on the edge of the South Downs. From the front door, there is access to great walks and views across the Downs and the harbour to be enjoyed throughout the year. Outside there is a lovely patio area with seating, ideal for al fresco dining whilst the sun is shining.

The accommodation comes with an open plan sitting room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burner. The dining area and kitchen come complete with most of the mod cons! Two bedrooms are available. Both rooms can be made as twin or doubles. The bathroom has a power shower. A cot and highchair are available if required. There is a separate utility room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. It also offers an area to leave your muddy boots etc.

The Annexe

This charming property is the ideal bolt-hole from which to explore the local area. The spacious property sleeps up to 2 people in a large double/twin. The bathroom comes with a luxurious walk-in shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The open plan living/dining area has stable doors which lead onto a peaceful patio area. A great spot for admiring views of the South Downs. Facilities include a TV and DVD player and an adjoining boot room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Visiting Funtington & Exploring West Sussex

Our accommodation is a five-minute walk to the centre of Chichester and a three-minute walk to the Festival Theatre. Goodwood is a ten-minute drive and the beautiful beaches of West Wittering are 7 miles away. We are within easy access to the beautiful and historic City of Chichester and the surrounding area and all that it has to offer. Attractions to visit include:

Chichester Cathedral.
Fishbourne Roman Palace.
Pallant House Gallery.
Chichester Festival Theatre.
RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve.
