Priory Farm is about a mile from Darsham Station, which offers frequent local train and bus services, as well as regular Inter-City connections to London.

Local shopping options include a mini-market at the garage and a farm shop, while the nearby village of Yoxford, just two miles away, has a well-stocked store and a Post Office. For dining out, there are plenty of quality pubs, restaurants and tearooms, many of which specialise in fresh local fish, meat and produce. The village pub, The Fox, is only a short walk from Priory Farm. Visitors can also bring their own bikes to explore the charming country lanes or take time to reflect in one of the area's historic parish churches.
