Our gorgeous ground-floor cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a magical getaway in a glorious countryside setting. The cottage is nestled down a private drive between two fishponds, with coarse fishing available for guests only to enjoy.

Inside this beautifully renovated cattle shed is a delightful, beamed open plan living area that enjoys stunning views. You can catch your favourite show in front of the Sky TV and stay toasty in front of the wood burner. We also have a lovely sun-filled conservatory to unwind in whilst enjoying the views.

Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: an electric oven and hob, microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy some home-cooked meals around the dining table.

A wonderful king-size bed is perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. The en suite comes with a whirlpool bath, separate shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside there is a patio/enclosed garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. You can also let off some steam in the home gym. Beyond the garden are lovely walks and a beautiful stream.

We are in the ideal location for exploring the Peak District, with lots of superb attractions to enjoy. Enjoy a scenic ride on the Churnet Valley steam railway or visit the gorgeous gardens at Biddulph Grange and Consall Hall. The area also has an abundance of ancient National Trust properties to enjoy and you can visit the nearby town of Leek. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
